Highlands at Bristol
Access configuration and bad weather threw us a curveball, but we still finished with the same end date. No days lost.
Project Overview
Located in the Highlands region of Virginia and the Appalachian Mountains, this project consisted of a Target along with nine junior anchors, comprising approximately 450,000 square feet.
We started construction in the fall. A major Virginia Department Of Transportation access configuration change in the winter of that year presented challenges, forcing us to work through a tough season. Even with the plan changes and a wet and cold winter, the completion date remained the same.
