Blackstock Project Description: A
25,000 square foot, open-air retail shopping center built
on three acres in the heart of a planned, residential
community. Work included site development and building
construction. The single story, ten tenant building is
a conventional retail box with an upgraded facade which
integrates six brick styles; residential style, aluminium
clad windows; slate shingles; and solid copper sheetmetal.
Also included is a 6000 square foot interior office buildout
for the Liberty Park Residential Sales office. The interior
is constructed of metal stud and sheetrock walls, many
of complex curves, and a ventless fireplace with stacked
stone surround.x
