multi-tenant, open-air, retail lifestyle center built
on 80 acres of farmland in the coastal area of tidewater
Virginia. This "urban, street-front retail center," with
false second story, is constructed of masonry side and
rear walls, storefront systems, and EIFS systems on the
front facade with selected cast stone added for architectural
elements.
