Project Description: 175,000 square foot
prototypical Target "SuperCenter" developed on 20 acres.
Exterior walls are of painted split-faced block and metal
storefront system. Typical roofing is a PVC type membrane
roof system. Project completion was expedited by use of
a prefabricated electrical distribution center. Project
involvement included site development and building construction.
Typical involvement in Super Target Store development
is from initial "CPR" meeting, where the project is conceived,
through store opening. Also included is managing the delivery
and installation of products and services supplied by
the 50+ Target National Account Vendors.
